Before, process & after on the Yanmar SD60 sail drive clutch pack we rebuilt at our workshop then later reinstalled the pack onboard & carried out a water test before the Lagoon 560 Catamaran headed out on it's weekly charter.

Besides the SD20, SD50 & SD60 sail drive, they all have a different way they operate internally & the maintenance they require. Either way, what gearbox or sail drive you have onboard, we can have it refurbished to like new 💯.

From nothing more then landfill to a project in process 🙌.

Tohatsu 9.8hp two-stroke outboard turns out to be a runner & now a new head gasket has been ordered to make it 100% reliable 😀. This unit was nothing more then storage space which it sat for about 1 year then brought to us for revival. We can now understand that the root problem was always head gasket related, then put away - but you can always count on us to get things going again 💯.

Dropping a new video soon. Watch us revive a seized Tohatsu 9.8hp two-stroke outboard ✌️. What we mean by seized is that the engine is literally locked up solid & 100% the piston would have come in contact with sea water that would be root of the problem 😱.

A new Customer dropped this in & some new tricks for you to try out at home to save some $$$. Life is sometimes hard, but it doesn't get any better then this 😉.

Yanmar SD60 sail drive rebuilt using new clutch discs, pressure plates, bearings, circlips & seal 💯.

Nothing beats genuine parts over reliability ✌️. A few hours at the workshop using a hydraulic press & she's all sorted for installation 😎.

What does your spark plug say about your engine..? If your running them hard for too long without a service, if the fuel mixture is too lean or rich, pre-ignition... Or possibly, water damage from water entering the entering the cylinder's on various watercrafts 😵.

Sthil FS55C trimmer head not spinning 🫨. Customer brought in his brushcutter after years of storage & now would like to get it repaired.

After our assessment today, we found a broken drive line cable which is pretty rare with Sthil 🤯.
