Atmospheric CO2 hit 430 ppm in 2025, up from 324 ppm in 1969 when humans first landed on the moon.

Back in the 1960s, CO2 used to rise by 0.8 ppm annually; today, it increases at 2.6 ppm per year (2015–2024). This surge has warmed our planet, acidified oceans, and altered nature's patterns.

Reindeers are now shifting their migration paths, frogs are losing ponds, and coral reefs are fading. Over the past 50 years, we’ve lost the Mountain mist frog, Pinta giant tortoise, Western black rhinoceros, Golden toad, Caspian tiger, Pyrenean ibex, Caribbean monk seal, Japanese sea lion, Guam flying fox; up to one million species face extinction by 2050 — an alarming rate of one species lost every 20 minutes.

Our inaction risks a silent world.

Traditional ventilation systems dilute CO₂, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and pathogens by introducing outdoor air; this method often compromises energy efficiency.

☀️🌫️ In hot climates, exhausting cooled indoor air increases energy demand for air conditioning.

❄️🌫️In cold climates, when heated indoor air is exhausted, requiring additional energy to heat incoming air.

Soletair Power’s Building-Integrated Carbon Capture (BICC) systems enable buildings to capture CO₂ from air, allowing reduced ventilation rates without sacrificing indoor air quality (IAQ).

↺ Reduces ventilation rates to minimize energy losses.
↺ Recirculates heated or cooled air to conserve energy.
↺ Integrates carbon capture technology.
↺ Remove pollutants including VOCs, particulate matter (PM), allergens, and pathogens (e.g., viruses).

Lowering CO₂ levels by 400 ppm can boost human cognitive performance by ~20%, while reduced ventilation rates translate to direct cost savings.

Retaining conditioned air within buildings prevents energy waste, thereby reducing operational costs.

This commercial office building will capture 15 tons of CO2 per year from air, save HVAC energy costs, and directly benefit climate-aware tenants by reducing their scope 3 emissions.

This is 's Europaplads building in Aarhus, Denmark’s first carbon sink office, made possible by:

✅ Integrating Soletair Power Direct Air Capture unit with HVAC
✅ Optimizing airflow
✅ Potentially reusing surplus thermal energy for heating

We demonstrated the world's first compact "fuel from thin air" unit at Expo 2020 Dubai. Next, we’re selecting a building in a hot climate zone, for example, Hong Kong, to demonstrate real-world HVAC energy savings.

Proven. Scalable.

What if your building could cut energy costs, slash emissions, and turn a profit—all while fighting climate change? At Soletair Power, we’re making this a reality with our cutting-edge building-integrated carbon capture technology. By retrofitting buildings' HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning) systems, we empower real estate owners to transform their properties into carbon sinks, reducing operational costs and meeting sustainability goals.

Beyond environmental benefits, Building-Integrated Carbon Capture ( ) increases property value.

How Building-Integrated Carbon Capture pays off:

1. Higher rental premiums from eco-conscious tenants
2. Lower operating costs through energy optimization
3. Increased property valuation from green credentials
4. Potential carbon credit revenue streams
5. Future-proofing against tightening regulations

The numbers speak for themselves:

✅ Green buildings command 9-28% higher rents (JLL¹)
✅ Energy savings of 15-50%²
✅ Carbon credits provide additional revenue

❔🧐

Which of these benefits would most impact your building's bottom line?

Business case for decarbonization has never been clearer ⚖️🏢🌍

Recent article by the World Economic Forum highlights why decarbonizing real estate is no longer just about sustainability—it’s about cutting operational costs, managing risks, and securing long-term asset value. The insights confirm what we’ve known all along: optimizing energy use and reducing emissions is a .

As the article states, "𝙀𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙙𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙗𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙘𝙪𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚'𝙨 𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙮 𝙘𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙨, 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙠 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜-𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙢 𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙚." Soletair Power's technology does exactly that, turning buildings into carbon sinks while simultaneously optimizing operational efficiency.

Soletair Power's building-integrated carbon capture is a game-changing solution that turns buildings into CO2-capturing machines, reduces emissions, enhances indoor air quality and reduces operational costs. The plug-and-play solution helps building owners meet increasingly stringent emissions regulations and futureproofs their investments 🌱🏗️

As demand for low-carbon real estate surges and regulatory pressures mount, future-proofing buildings is now a necessity, not an option. Our technology enables businesses to stay ahead—turning CO₂ into an opportunity instead of a liability.

Decarbonization and sustainability efforts in the real estate sector should be driven less by political pressure, and more by business logic. Here's why.
