በደቡብ ብሔር ብሔረሰቦች ክልላዊ መንግሥት ቴክኒክና ሙያ ትምህርት ሥልጠና ቢሮ ሥር ለሚገኙ ለመንግስት ቴክኒክና ሙያ ትምህርት ሥልጠና ኮሌጆች :- 1.አመራር 2.መምህራን /አሰልጣኞች/ 3.ሰልጣኞችና 4. የሰልጣኝ ወላጆች በሙሉ በዛሬው ዕለት የሀገርቱ ጠቅላይ ሚንስተር ከኮሮና ቫይረስ በሽታ ጋር ተያይዞ ቅድመ ጥንቃቄ ለማድረግ ስባል ከዛሬ መጋቢት 07/07/2012 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ በሀገር ደረጃ የመጀመሪያ እና ሁለተኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤቶች ለ15 ቀናት ዝግ እንድሆኑ ባስተላለፋት መልዕክት መሠረት ከዛሬ ከሰዓት ጀምረው ት/ቤቶች የሚዘጉ መሆናቸውን እየገለጽኩኝ ሰልጣኞች በየቤታቸው በሚቆዩበት ጊዜ አልባለ ቦታ ሳይውሉ መጽሐፎቻቸውንና ደብተሮቻቸውን እንዲያነቡ ወላጆች ክትትል እንድታደርጉ በአክብሮት እጠይቃለሁ::እግዚአብሔር ኢትዮጵያንና ህዝቦቿን ይጠብቅልን!!

የተሽከርካሪ ቀረጥና ታክስ አወሳሰን

ተሽከርካሪ ወደ ሀገር ሲገባ ቀረጥና ታክስ የሚታሰበው የተሸከርካሪዉን ሲሲ መሰረት በማድረግ CIF (የተገዛበት ዋጋ + የትራንስፖርት ወጪ + የኢንሹራንስ ወጪ እና ሌሎች ወጪዎችን ጨምሮ) በሚገኘዉ ጠቅላላ ወጪ ነው፡፡ ተሽከርካሪው ያገለገለ ከሆነ ከተመረተበት አንድ ዓመት ጊዜ ጀምሮ ከFOB ዋጋዉ ላይ በየዓመቱ 10% በመቀነስ በጠቅላላዉ እስከ 3 አመት ወይም 30% ድረስ የእርጅና ቅናሽ ካለዉ በማስላት የጉምሩክና ሌሎች ቀረጦች ጠቅላላ ምጣኔ በማባዛት ቀረጥና ታክሱን ማወቅ ይቻላል፡፡
የተሽከርካሪው የፈረስ ጉልበት ማለትም ሲሲው 1300 ከሆነ 125% ሲሆን 1301ሲሲ እስከ 2500 ሲሲ ደግሞ ከ176.24% እስከ 244.55% ባሉት የጉምሩክና ሌሎች ቀረጦች ጠቅላላ ምጣኔ ይሰላል፡፡ ለሰው ማጓጓዣ የሚያገለግሉ ሌሎች ተሸከርካሪዎች ሲሆን ደግሞ በሌላ ስፍራ ያልተጠቀሰ ከሆነ የጉምሩክና ሌሎች ቀረጦች ጠቅላላ ምጣኔ 125.00075% ሲሆን ሹፌሩን ጨምሮ አስር ወይም ከዛ በላይ ሰዎችን ለማጓጓዝ የሚያገለግሉ ተሸከርካሪዎች ከ15 ተጓዦች ያነሰ መቀመጫ ያላቸው ተሸከርካሪዎች 58.25% እንዲሁም 15 እና ከዚያ በላይ ሰው የሚይዝ መቀመጫ ያላቸው የጉምሩክና ሌሎች ቀረጦች ጠቅላላ ምጣኔው 29.50% ነው፡፡
የተሽከርካሪው የቀረጥ ማስከፈያ ዋጋ (duty paying value) በተሽከርካሪው ጠቅላላ ቀረጥና ታክስ ማስከፈያ ምጣኔ ተባዝቶ የብዜቱ ውጤት ተከፋዩ ቀረጥና ታክስ ይሆናል፡፡ የተሸከርካሪ ቀረጥና ታክስ ለመወሰን አምስት የሰሌት ደረጃዎችን(ማለትም የጉምሩክ ቀረጥ፣ ኤክሳይስ ታክስ፣ የተጨማሪ ዕሴት ታክስ፣ ሱር ታክስ እና ዊዝሆልዲንግ ታክስ) እንከተላለን፡፡ የቀረጥና ታክስ መጠኑን እንዴት እንደሚታሰብ በምሳሌ እንመልከት፡፡
የቀረጥ ማስከፈያ ዋጋው ብር 70000፣ የሲሊንደር አቅሙ 1280 የሆነ አዲስ አውቶሞቢል ሲገባ:-
በቅድሚያ የጉምሩክ ቀረጥ የሚሰላ ሲሆን ማስከፈያ ዋጋው በጉምሩክ ቀረጥ ምጣኔ በማባዛት የሚሰላ ነው፡፡ በዚህ መሰረት ተከፋዩ የጉምሩክ ቀረጥ 70,000 X 35% =24,500 ይሆናል፡፡
ቀጥሎ ኤክሳይስ ታክስ የሚሰላ ሲሆን ስሌቱ የአውቶሞቢሉ የቀረጥ ማስከፈያ ዋጋ እና ተከፋዩ የጉምሩክ ቀረጥ በመደመር በኤክሳይዝ ታክስ ምጣኔ ማባዛት ነው፡፡ በዚህ ስሌት መሰረት ተከፋዩ ኤክሳይስ ታክስ መጠን (70,000 + 24,500) 30%=28,350 ይሆናል፡፡
በሶስተኛ ደረጃ የሚሰላው ተከፋይ የተጨማሪ ዕሴት ታክስ ሲሆን በዚህ ስሌት የአውቶሞቢሉን የቀረጥ ማስከፈያ ዋጋ፣ ተከፋይ የጉምሩክ ቀረጥ እና ኤክሳይዝ ታክስን በመደመር በተጨማሪ ዕሴት ታክስ መጣኔ ይባዛል፡፡ በዚህ መሰረት የሚከፈለው ተጨማሪ ዕሴት ታክስ (70,000 + 24,500 + 28,350) 15% = 18,427.5 ብር ይሆናል፡፡
በአራተኛ ደረጃ የሚሰላው ሱር ታክስ ሲሆን ስሌቱ የአውቶሞቢሉን የቀረጥ ማስከፈያ ዋጋ፣ ተከፋይ የጉምሩክ ቀረጥ፣ ኤክሳይዝ ታክስ እና ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ በመደመር በሱር ታክስ መጣኔ ማባዛት ነው፡፡ በዚህ መሰረት የሚከፈለው ሱር ታክስ (70,000 + 24,500 + 28,350 +18,427.5)10%= 14,127.75 ብር ይሆናል፡፡
በአምስተኛ ደረጃ ተከፋዩን ዊዝሆልዲንግ ታክስ ነው፡፡ ይህ ታክስ የሚሰላው የቀረጥ ማስከፈያ ዋጋን በዊዝሆልዲንግ ታክስ መጣኔ በማባዛት ነው፡፡ በዚህ መሰረት ተከፋዩ የዊዝሆልዲንግ ታክስ 70,000 X 3%= 2,100 ብር ይሆናል፡፡
በመጨረሻም የስሌት ደረጃ ሁሉም ተከፋይ ቀረጥና ታክስ የሚደመሩ ሲሆን በዚህ መሰረት መንግስት ከዚህ አውቶሞቢል የሚሰበስበው ቀረጥና ታክስ ስሌት
24,500 + 28,350 + 18,427.5 + 14,127.75 + 2,100= 87,505.25 ብር ይሆናል፡፡

Cloud Storage is a service where data is remotely maintained, managed, and backed up. The service allows the users to store files online, so that they can access them from any location via the Internet. According to a recent survey conducted with more than 800 business decision makers and users worldwide, the number of organizations gaining competitive advantage through high cloud adoption has almost doubled in the last few years and by 2017, the public cloud services market is predicted to exceed $244 billion. Now, let’s look into some of the advantages and disadvantages of Cloud Storage.
Advantages of Cloud Storage
1. Usability: All cloud storage services reviewed in this topic have desktop folders for Mac’s and PC’s. This allows users to drag and drop files between the cloud storage and their local storage.
2. Bandwidth: You can avoid emailing files to individuals and instead send a web link to recipients through your email.
3. Accessibility: Stored files can be accessed from anywhere via Internet connection.
4. Disaster Recovery: It is highly recommended that businesses have an emergency backup plan ready in the case of an emergency. Cloud storage can be used as a back‐up plan by businesses by providing a second copy of important files. These files are stored at a remote location and can be accessed through an internet connection.
5. Cost Savings: Businesses and organizations can often reduce annual operating costs by using cloud storage; cloud storage costs about 3 cents per gigabyte to store data internally. Users can see additional cost savings because it does not require internal power to store information remotely.
Disadvantages of Cloud Storage
1. Usability: Be careful when using drag/drop to move a document into the cloud storage folder. This will permanently move your document from its original folder to the cloud storage location. Do a copy and paste instead of drag/drop if you want to retain the document’s original location in addition to moving a copy onto the cloud storage folder.
2. Bandwidth: Several cloud storage services have a specific bandwidth allowance. If an organization surpasses the given allowance, the additional charges could be significant. However, some providers allow unlimited bandwidth. This is a factor that companies should consider when looking at a cloud storage provider.
3. Accessibility: If you have no internet connection, you have no access to your data.
4. Data Security: There are concerns with the safety and privacy of important data stored remotely. The possibility of private data commingling with other organizations makes some businesses uneasy.
