The impact left dents in the vessel’s outer shell plating and damaged the hull’s protective coating.

We inspected the damaged area from both the outside and inside, assessing the deformation of the shell plating, the condition of welded joints, and the internal structural members.

Every inspection like this requires attention to detail. It is essential to determine how damage to the outer shell plating has affected the vessel’s load-bearing structures.

⚓ A New Solution for Movable Bulkhead Storage

Another project successfully completed by SANORA SHIP SERVICE.

Previously, the movable bulkheads were stored horizontally in the cargo hold. Our task was to find a better and more practical storage solution.

Together with the shipowner and vessel’s crew, we developed and installed a new system for four movable bulkheads, positioned vertically one behind another. The bulkheads are stored in a suspended position, approximately 100 mm above the supporting shelf.

The solution was successfully installed and tested, and the shipowner and crew were very pleased with the final result.
