El pasado 4 de agosto en el marco del taller de proyectos Experiencia Detonante II de la UDD SANTIAGO DE CHILE Arquitectura UDD Santiago , Marta Pelegrin impartió la conferencia inaugural del curso con el título " Research for Design, Design for Construction" en el Parque Santa Rosa de Apoquindo, Las Condes. .
Los Workshop de Arquitectura Experiencias Detonantes son actividades integradas en cada ciclo del plan curricular —pregrado y magíster— diseñados para conectar el aprendizaje de los estudiantes en la sala de clases con contextos reales, logrando un impacto significativo en su desarrollo académico y profesional.
Esta metodología coloca al alumno con un rol activo en su formación. Durante la carrera, cada estudiante vive tres Experiencias Detonantes: ED I Contacto con el Territorio, ED II Contacto con la Materia y ED III Contacto con la Profesión.
Esta conferencia se encuentra enmarcada en los Los Workshop de Arquitectura Experiencia Detonante II.
La ED II es una actividad académica con un fuerte énfasis en el contacto con la materia constructiva, la escala, el oficio y el manejo de las variables disciplinares de la arquitectura, la que busca consolidar una metodología de diseño con una importante comprensión de la técnica constructiva. La actividad contempla la identificación de una problemática, desde la cual se construye una propuesta para su resolución.

On 4 August, as part of the UDD SANTIAGO DE CHILE's Arquitectura UDD Santiago Experiencia Detonante II project workshop, Marta Pelegrin gave the inaugural lecture of the course entitled ‘Research for Design, Design for Construction’ at Parque Santa Rosa de Apoquindo, Las Condes.
The Experiencia Detonante Architecture Workshops are activities integrated into each cycle of the curriculum—undergraduate and master's—designed to connect students' classroom learning with real-world contexts, achieving a significant impact on their academic and professional development.
This methodology gives students an active role in their education. During their studies, each student experiences three Explosive Experiences: ED I Contact with the Territory, ED II Contact with the Material, and ED III Contact with the Profession.
This lecture is part of the Explosive Experience II Architecture Workshops.
ED II is an academic activity with a strong emphasis on contact with construction materials, scale, craftsmanship, and the management of disciplinary variables in architecture, which seeks to consolidate a design methodology with a significant understanding of construction techniques. The activity involves identifying a problem, from which a proposal for its resolution is constructed.

Marta Pelegrin y Fernando Pérez, MEDIOMUNDO arquitectos imparten sendas conferencias en el International Forum on Urbanism (IFoU). El Foro Internacional sobre Urbanismo (IFoU) es una red de universidades, institutos de investigación y centros de conocimiento dedicada a fortalecer la colaboración internacional en el ámbito del urbanismo. La conferencia de Marta Pelegrín fue "Upcycle existing housing en Alemania" y la de Fernando Pérez sobre " Vivienda cooperativa en Uruguay". Este año hemos contado con la participación del estudio de arquitectura y planificación urbana Gehl Architects () , el sociólogo Richard Sennett (), Giovanna Borasi () directora y conservadora en jefe del Canadian Centre for Architecture ( ), y Tiago Mota Saraiva, de Ateliermob ().

Marta Pelegrin and Fernando Pérez, MEDIOMUNDO architects will give lectures at the International Forum on Urbanism (IFoU). The International Forum on Urbanism (IFoU) is a network of universities, research institutes and knowledge centers dedicated to strengthening international collaboration in the field of urbanism. Marta Pelegrín's lecture was “Upcycle existing housing in Germany” and Fernando Pérez's lecture was on “Cooperative housing in Uruguay”. This year we had the participation of the architecture and urban planning firm Gehl Architects (), sociologist Richard Sennett (), Giovanna Borasi () director and chief curator of the Canadian Centre for Architecture (), and Tiago Mota Saraiva, from Ateliermob ().

Investigación y práctica en los márgenes de la regulación normativa de las Siedlungen de la postguerra de la región del Rin-Meno. Astrágalo. Cultura De La Arquitectura Y La Ciudad, 1(38).

La revista científica Astrágalo ha publicado en su número A38 "Vivienda Emancipatoria", un artículo de Marta Pelegrín y Fernando Pérez , en torno al proyecto de investigación sobre el reciclaje y retrofitting de las viviendas sociales de las postguerra en la región del Rin Meno.

Research and practice at the margins of the normative regulation of the post-war Siedlungen in the Rhine-Main region. Astragalus. Culture of Architecture and the City, 1(38).

The prestigious scientific journal, Astrágalo, has published in its issue A38 "Emancipatory Housing", an article by Marta Pelegrin and Fernando Pérez, about the research project on the recycling and retrofitting of post-war social housing in the Rhine-Main region.

Estuvimos en la re-inauguración del Deutsche Architektur Museum en Frankfurt (). El edificio de Matias Hungers () ha sido restaurado y adaptado. Se expone en esta nueva etapa de los directores Peter Cachola () y Andrea Jürgen, 41 objetos de los archivos, como los recipientes de aluminio de la Frankfurter Küche de la arquitecta Margarette SchütteLihotzky (); un ejemplar del periódico-folleto de mano de cuando se inauguró el edificio en 1984; y la maqueta-maleta de proyecto de vivienda colaborativo de BaR Architekten (), con todos los utensilios para que los cooperativistas ajustaran la propuesta.
La exposición "Stadt für alle: Cuidad para todos " genera numerosas imagenes y puntos de vista, que interpelan al visitante entorno a su grado de implicación en decisiones infraestructurales, residenciales o del espacio público.
Marta PelegrÍn Rodriguez está entre los amigos del museo, como descubrimos en la lista sobre fondo rojo.

MEDIOMUNDO architects attended the re-opening of the Deutsche Architektur Museum in Frankfurt (). The building by Matias Hungers () has been restored and adapted for new exhibitions. In this new phase leaded by Peter Cachola () and Andrea Jürgen, 41 objects from the archives such as the aluminium containers from the Frankfurter Küche by architect Margarette Schütte-Lihotzky (), a copy of the newspaper-brochure published in 1984 when the building was inaugurated, and the model-suitcase of the collaborative housing project by BaR Architekten () with all the tools for the cooperative members to adjust the proposal, are exposed.
The exhibition "Stadt für alle: City for All " generates numerous images and points of view, which challenge visitors to consider their degree of involvement in infrastructural, residential, or public space decisions.
Marta Pelegrín-Rodríguez is one of the museum's friends as we see in the list on the red background.
