❓So what’s the difference between temporary and permanent modular construction?

🏗️ Temporary modular construction and permanent modular construction are two different types of modular building systems:

💪Temporary modular buildings are designed to be resilient and strong enough to be torn down and reinstalled or relocated.
⏳They are ideal when buildings are needed urgently, for example to house people left homeless as a result of war or natural disaster.
🚛They can also be easily relocated and repurposed at a future date.

🏥 On the other hand, permanent modular buildings are designed to remain in one location for an extended period of time, for example schools and hospitals.
💰They are a great way of providing infrastructure in places where traditional construction is impractical due to budgetary or logistical restraints.

🤓 House-Matic has extensive experience of providing both types of modular construction (both temporary and permanent).
