El renacer de un Jenbacher J620🐦🔥

En RS Motor hemos completado recientemente la recuperación de un Jenbacher J620 que llegó con una avería grave, junto con su mantenimiento programado de 30.000 horas.
El diagnóstico fue claro desde el inicio:
⚠️ gripaje en el cojinete de la cabeza de biela del cigüeñal
A partir de ahí, el trabajo no fue solo reparar… fue reconstruir con garantías.
Se llevó a cabo una intervención completa que incluyó:
🗸 Sustitución de componentes críticos (cigüeñal, bielas y pistones)
🗸 Mantenimiento integral de 30.000 horas
🗸 Reacondicionamiento de culatas, bomba de aceite, intercooler y más elementos clave
🗸 Mecanizado del bloque para corregir daños derivados de la avería

The diagnosis was clear from the beginning:
⚠️ seizure in the crankshaft connecting rod head bearing
From there, the work was not just repairing... it was to rebuild with guarantees.
A full intervention was carried out that included:
🗸 Replacement of critical components (crankshaft, connecting rods and pistons)
🗸 Comprehensive maintenance of 30,000 hours
🗸 Reconditioning of cylinder heads, oil pump, intercooler and more key elements
🗸 Machining of the block to correct damage resulting from the breakdown
