Location: Palma, Mallorca
Company: Superyacht Hydraulics
Superyacht Hydraulics, a small but dynamic hydraulic company based in Palma, we are looking for an Administrator / Personal Assistant to become a key part of our team.
About the Role:
This is a vital position offering essential support to the office and directly assisting the company director. You will be the main presence in the office on a day-to-day basis, so the ability to work independently and take initiative is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
General office administration
Managing client and supplier communications
Placing and tracking orders
Data input and database maintenance
Organizing travel and accommodation arrangements
Maintaining the general upkeep of the office and kitchen
Providing direct support to the company director
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish
Full driving license
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Able to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
Comfortable working alone in the office
