Finally we have the photos from our last installation in Portugal!

We reautomated and integrated:

- CBW Lavatec
- Jensen SEP press
- Jensen DT dryers
- Lavatec dryers
- Double shuttle
- Freight elevator

All coordinated by the Sodilec software, which manages the delivery of the clothing lots as soon as they have been splitted in their corresponding conveyor according to the client, kind of clothing…

NON-STOP! It’s been busy weeks!

Recently our technicians have made an amazing installation that brings together some of our stregths: installing new machinery, updating the preexisting one and, above all, integrating and managing machinery from several manufacturers… And all this without interrupting production!

So, we:
- Changed the location of three 120 kg Carbonell gas dryers.
- Installed a Jensen DT120 dryer.
- Installed two Jensen SEP 60 HD press.

- Supplied and installed an almost new 7x60 Euromat tunnel fully but reviewed.

- Replaced the software and controller of a 8x60 Carbonell tunnel, installing a variable-frequency drive for a greater monitoring of the washing process.

- Integrated all these components with two double shuttles in a system developed by our partner SODILEC. It is super helpful, as it allows us a total control over the operations to be carried out in the processing of clothes.

El día a día del puesto de trabajo:
Nuestros técnicos postventa se mueven continuamente por toda la península, ya que las visitas siempre tienen lugar en las instalaciones del cliente. En su día a día realizan instalaciones de equipos nuevos, reparaciones programadas y de urgencia y visitas de inspecciones / mantenimiento preventivo.
Perfil del técnico:
El técnico tiene que disponer de una formación completa en el ámbito electromecánico y necesita estar familiarizado con equipos de maquinaria industrial. Nuestra maquinaria es muy compleja y abarca todas las áreas técnicas: mecánica - neumática –hidráulica - electrónica - sistemas de calefacción v***r o gas, etc. Se precisa una disponibilidad absoluta para viajar. Se requiere actitud proactiva, ganas de aprendizaje, ganas de trabajar en equipo, resistencia a situaciones de estrés.
Ofrecemos:
Retribución fija acorde a las competencias aportadas.
Pago de horas extras.
Revisión del salario y contrato indefinido una vez concluido el periodo de integración y formación a la empresa.
