After months of redesigning, testing, failing, calculating, and starting over from scratch… today we can finally say that the first stage of the project has been a success.

The new mold structure has successfully passed the first real forming test exactly as expected.
Seeing it hold its geometry under load confirms that all the effort, long nights, and every mistake were worth it.

Now the next phase begins:
the internal manufacturing of the silentblock components and the final assembly to create the definitive engine silentblock for Porsche Classic 924/944.

This project has never been only about manufacturing a part.
It’s about engineering, learning, and persistence.
Testing, failing, improving… and continuing forward until everything works exactly as it should.

There’s still a lot of work ahead, but now more than ever we have the motivation and strength to keep pushing forward.
