International markets demand more than technical excellence and competitive pricing; they need understanding. As DigiProces expands across Europe, we have aligned our EMS capabilities with the expectations of global customers. This shift called for a new mindset: clear communication and cultural awareness, mastering international sales tools and negotiating across borders with confidence, building trust.

Driven by this reality, our Sales Director, Ferran Zafra Navarro, got into an upskilling journey. His progression is about a change of perspective and a commitment to serve international customers better. It’s a demonstration of how continuous learning strengthens motivation and opens markets.
