Behind the scenes: Thunder 4R SV ⚙️

Every component is designed, analyzed, and refined before becoming part of the final helmet.

The new top ventilation system shows how the process works: from early 2D sketches to 3D scanning and modeling, each shape is carefully adjusted until it integrates perfectly into the helmet.

The same approach is used for other redesigned elements, including the rubber trim and the new spoiler.
