Pushing Forward with Kaizen-Style Continuous Improvement

We’ve just completed the manufacturing of a new Picasso V2 260 complete line for Poland, developed under our commitment to continuous improvement inspired by Japanese manufacturing principles.

Among the key innovations:

- A new double drying system with over 100 kW of power, split into three automatic zones for maximum energy efficiency.

- Our dual spraying system, combining high and low pressure, now with hoses adapted for high-viscosity coatings.

- A new programming logic for the glass size and position sensor, which avoids unnecessary movements of the linear guide, reducing transport time.

- A new ultra-precise brushing unit with triple anchoring, ensuring maximum stability and repeatability.

This new machine is a result of our relentless drive to deliver more efficient, precise, and robust solutions to our customers.

🇫🇷 First Picasso Lite in France!

We are proud to announce the successful installation of the first Picasso Lite line in France.

This project marks a milestone for our company and for our customer, who now has a complete and flexible painting solution integrated into their production process. The line includes all the essential equipment for color coating, offering efficiency without compromising quality.

During the commissioning, we also took the opportunity to test new products and designs, pushing boundaries and exploring fresh ideas — some of which you can already see in the pictures.

The New Picasso V2 Heads to a New State in the US
