Andre, the producer behind our latest offerings will be at our shop next Thursday (Nov 30th) at 14h to host a coffee cupping session and conversation. He will be joined by our team Jesus (toaster) and Lenin (barista). Come join us!

In the pictures, Andre is seen measuring the moisture levels of his washed process and raking the beans during their natural process. Both processes occur on raised drying beds.
