Sales Supervisor – Delta
Multimedica is looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team and handle the Delta region.
We’re looking for someone who already has solid experience in the Medical Devices field, understands the market, and knows how to build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals and customers.
What we’re looking for:
* 6+ years of experience in Medical Devices / Healthcare Sales.
* Previous experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar leadership position.
* Good knowledge of the Delta market and its major accounts.
* Strong existing network with hospitals and healthcare professionals is a plus.
* Experience in achieving sales targets and developing new accounts.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Good negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to follow up with the sales team and support them in closing deals.
* Based in the Delta region and willing to travel across Delta governorates.
The role will be responsible for managing the Delta sales team, following up on their performance and plans, developing new business opportunities, and supporting the team in achieving its targets.
