We make complete maintenance for all offshore platform parts even it was pipe or steel structure beams
Construction works include manufacturing, fabrication, welding and erection works and we are very professional using the marine equipments in erection works and we also make sandblasting and painting works for the platform parts all this works according to the international codes and with respect to all safety rules and instructions
Our company manufacturing and erecting all the platform parts:
1-manufacturing and erection of boat landing barge bumper with different size include the erection works
for the rubber fender with several shapes
The works include the lifting of the boat landing to the marine workshop or to the land and making the inspection works to make the maintenance works to the boat landing or replace it
2-manufacturing and erecting of the net pipes with different diameters in (main deck, heli deck and seller deck)
The system include the product collection pipes, fire fighting system pipes (foam, water) and manifold pipe system
3-manufacturing and erection of handrail and ladders between platforms levels
4-manufacturing and erecting of riser clamps on the jacket body
5-installation and erection works for the grating on all the platforms parts
6-we make complete maintenance works for the offshore platforms body the works include the sand blasting and painting works for all the platform body

Our company having a wide experience in offshore pipeline works, we win this experience from working with a lot of company in tens of projects making different offshore pipeline diameters . We have very big crew which is professional in using the marine equipments to end the offshore works in perfect time with respect offshore safety instructions
We make welding and sending down works by our own equipment and tools and we make the isolation works if required. We have our special techniques in offshore pipeline works:
1-prepare working yard to make the onshore works include the civil works of the pipe supports
2-assempling and welding works with divided pipeline distance in available sections
3-making all the tests works and inspection works for the welded joints

HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
General
It has always been the policy of " ESC" to provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions , equipment and systems of work for all our employees , as well as such information , training and supervision as they need in this connection . We undertake to comply with the relevant statutory requirements and ensure that all reasonably practicable measures are taken
to avoid risk to our employees and to
other who may be affected by our

FACE AND EYE PROTECTION.
1)- Approved safety glass will be worn by all "ESC" employees when working inside the "ESC YARD" or when working in the client s working site .
2)- Welding shields and hard hats will be worn when welding .
3)- Safety goggles will be worn respect , follow and support the client s safety policy in this aspect . ESC…Safety policy
WORKING AT HEIGHTS / LADDERS / SCAFFOLDING
1)- All "ESC" employees will use a proper safety belt , properly worn and properly secured when working at heights .
2)- Personal safety equipment such as safety belts , riding belts must be checked to insure they are in good condition .
3)- Always carefully inspect any equipment to be used as a support or work platform .
4)- When using ladders , must use the proper ladder for the job , and secured at top and bottom .
5)- Ensure the work area is free from slipping and tripping hazards
6)- All tools and equipments must be properly secured so that they cannot be dropped .
7)- Make sure all scaffolding /boards are properly secured .
8)- When using boards to work from . Lash the ends securely, allowing minimum of 6 inches overhang at each end
9)- Always work in pears at least .
10)- Always ensure that your safety line is attached to the highest point above you to allow comfortable working .
11)- Check scaffold for week point .
12)- There should never be more than two people on the staging at any one time.
13)- Always wear a work vest when working over the water .
14)- All "ESC" employees will follow and support the client s working standards
