تنظيم أعمال كافة الشئون القانونية الخاصة بالشركة ومراجعة العقود ، والإشراف على ومتابعة وتنفيذ أي إجراءات قانونية أو قضايا أو منازعات أو تراخيص تخص الشركة ومنشآتها، بالإضافة إلى تقديم النصح والمشورة القانونية لمجلس الإدارة والعضو المنتدب فيما يخص المزايا القانونية التي يمكن للشركة الاستفادة منها
المتطلبات الوظيفيه :
حاصل علي ليسانس حقوق ومقيد بنقابه المحامين المصريه (استئناف قديم - نقض).
خبره لاتقل عن 10 الي 15 سنه بالمحاماه بكافه فروعها .
خبره العمل بالشركات ويفضل بقطاع الانشاءات الاستثمار العقاري
اجاده التعامل مع هيئه الاستثمار والمجتمعات العمرانيه والمصالح الحكوميه.
اجاده التعامل مع فريق للاداره القانونيه

- Capability of designing & reviewing all electrical systems
- Provide and reviewing calculation sheets (voltage drop, short circuit, panel schedule, …etc.)
- Coordinate with other engineering design departments
- Prepare detailed BOQ & Specs
- Very good knowledge of using AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux and Microsoft office
- Good communication skills
