Project: Huawei TE-LTE Acquisition Project
Location: Cairo - Delta

AFRO Egypt is looking for an experienced **Site Acquisition Negotiator** to join our growing team. If you have strong telecom acquisition experience and excellent negotiation skills, we’d like to hear from you.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys around proposed nominal locations to select suitable sites that fulfill technical requirements.
• Negotiate with property owners regarding rental value, contract duration, and payment terms.
• Ensure all required legal ownership documents are collected and verified.
• Apply for and obtain all governmental permits required for base station installation and commercial power connection.
• Coordinate with governmental authorities including:

* Local Authorities & Governorates
* Environmental Authorities
* Agricultural Authorities
* Ministry of Interior (MOI)
* Civil Aviation Authority
* Electricity Companies

✅ Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or relevant field.
• Technical background is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom site acquisition.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and milestones
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure installation quality standards
• Manage logistics, material deployment, and equipment tracking
• Oversee installation & commissioning activities for BTS, IP, and fibre networks
