واصلت بتروتل تنفيذ أعمال الرفع داخل منطقة أبو رواش بمدينة 6 أكتوبر، حيث تم استخدام ونش 80 طن لتنفيذ عملية تنزيل محول داخل الموقع.

ولضمان أعلى مستويات الأمان والحفاظ على سلامة المعدة أثناء عملية الرفع والتنزيل، تم استخدام سبريدر بيم لتوزيع الأحمال ومنع حدوث أي ضرر للطرد أثناء المناولة.

تواصل بتروتل دعمها للمشروعات القومية ومشروعات البنية التحتية في مختلف أنحاء مصر.

يشارك ونش بتروتل 100 طن حاليًا في أعمال إنشاء المحطة الرئيسية الجديدة لمترو الأنفاق بمنطقة حدائق الأهرام، حيث تم تنفيذ عمليات رفع كمرات الجمالون المعدنية، إلى جانب المساهمة في رفع معدات التشغيل مثل السيزر ليفت، وغيرها من الأعمال المساندة داخل الموقع لدعم سير التنفيذ.

تم تنفيذ عملية رفع وفك الموتور الرئيسي بأحد المصانع في مدينة بني سويف، وذلك لإجراء أعمال الصيانة، باستخدام ونش 80 طن لرفع حمولة تزن 13 طن تحت سقف معدني (جمالون)، مع الالتزام الكامل بكافة اشتراطات وإجراءات السلامة أثناء التنفيذ.

عقب الانتهاء من أعمال الرفع، تم تحميل المعدة على ترلة بتروتل لنقلها إلى موقع الإصلاح لاستكمال أعمال الصيانة.

A lifting and dismantling operation of the main motor was successfully executed at a factory in Beni Suef to facilitate maintenance works. An 80-ton crane was used to lift a 13-ton load under a steel structure, with full compliance to all safety standards and procedures during ex*****on.

Following the lifting operation, the equipment was loaded onto a Petrotel trailer and transported to the maintenance facility for further servicing.

عملية رفع وتعديل وضع تانكين باستخدام ونشين 100 طن و80 طن، حيث تم تحويلهم من الوضع الرأسي إلى الوضع الأفقي تمهيدًا لتعتيقهم وبدء بعض التركيبات.

تم استخدام Spreader Beam خلال عملية الرفع نظرًا لحساسية التغليف الخارجي للتانكات، لتفادي أي ضرر قد ينتج عن استخدام الوايرات بشكل مباشر.

التخطيط الجيد واختيار المعدات المناسبة كان لهما دور أساسي في تنفيذ العملية بأمان وكفاءة.

Lifting and repositioning of two tanks using 100-ton and 80-ton cranes, rotating them from vertical to horizontal position in preparation for storage and further installation works.

A spreader beam was utilized during the operation due to the delicate external cladding of the tanks, preventing any potential damage from direct wire contact.

أعمال إنزال 2 شيلر من أعلى سطح أحد أكبر مصانع التكييفات بمنطقة أبو رواش، بالإضافة إلى رفع وتركيب الشيلرات الجديدة.

بلغ وزن الشيلر الواحد 1.5 طن، وتم إعداد خطة الرفع مع احتساب معامل الأمان ليصل الوزن الإجمالي إلى 4.5 طن بعد إضافة أوزان الوايرات والهوك والـ Spreader Beam.

نظرًا لطبيعة الموقع، حيث تقع الشيلرات على بعد 12 متر من سور المبنى وداخل شارع ضيق، تم تنفيذ دراسة دقيقة لضمان عدم ملامسة البوم للمبنى، مع اختيار الونش المناسب بناءً على طول البوم أولًا وقدرته على رفع الحمولة بأمان.

Dismantling and lowering of two chillers from the rooftop of one of the largest HVAC factories in Abu Rawash, along with lifting and installing the new units.

Each chiller weighed 1.5 tons. A detailed lifting plan was prepared, including safety factors, bringing the total calculated load to 4.5 tons after accounting for rigging gear, hook, and spreader beam.

Due to site constraints, with the chillers positioned 12 meters away from the building edge and within a narrow access area, careful planning was carried out to avoid any boom contact with the structure. The crane was selected based primarily on boom length, along with its lifting capacity to safely execute the operation.

تنفيذ أعمال تركيب سربنتينة محول كهرباء على طريق الضبعة داخل موقع أحد شركات الكهرباء.

تم تنفيذ عملية الرفع باستخدام ونش مناسب للعمل على ريديس كبير، مع التعامل بدقة مع حمولة وزنها 1.5 طن لضمان أعلى درجات الأمان أثناء التركيب.

نفذت بتروتل أعمال نقل ورفع لعدد 12 طرد بين الموقع رقم (1) والموقع رقم (2) التابعين لأحد أكبر مصانع الأدوية بمنطقة المصانع في مدينة 6 أكتوبر.
في البداية تم استخدام ونش 60 طن لتحميل الطرود على ونش إنقاذ بتروتل في الموقع الأول، حيث بلغ أكبر وزن للطرد 2.5 طن.
بعد نقل الطرود إلى الموقع الثاني، تم استخدام كلارك بقدرة 3 طن لتنزيل 9 طرود إلى مسارها في الدور الأرضي من المبنى.
تعكس هذه العملية تكامل معدات النقل والرفع في تنفيذ الأعمال بكفاءة وأمان داخل بيئة صناعية دقيقة مثل مصانع الأدوية.

Petrotel carried out lifting and handling operations for 12 packages between Site 1 and Site 2 of one of the largest pharmaceutical factories in the 6th of October industrial area.
At the first site, a 60-ton crane was used to load the packages onto a Petrotel truck, with the heaviest package reaching 2.5 tons.
After transporting the packages to the second site, a 3-ton forklift was used to move 9 packages along their designated path on the ground floor of the building.
The operation highlights the integration between lifting and transportation equipment to ensure safe and efficient ex*****on.
