Al Saqr Steel is looking for an experienced Technical Office Manager to lead our Technical Office team and take responsibility for Product Development, Costing, and Manufacturing Support.
🔹 Lead and manage the Technical Office team
🔹 Develop and improve existing products and designs
🔹 Solve technical and manufacturing problems
🔹 Prepare and review Technical Drawings for production
🔹 Prepare BOMs & Costing and calculate accurate product costs
🔹 Support product pricing based on manufacturing costs
🔹 Coordinate between Technical Office, Production, Purchasing & Sales
🔹 Improve designs for better manufacturability, quality & cost efficiency
🔹 Develop new products based on market and customer requirements
We’re looking for an engineer with strong hands-on experience in:
• Sheet Metal Manufacturing
• Steel Fabrication
• Technical Office
• Product Development
• Costing & Manufacturing Processes
• Team Management
