We are Electro-mechanical design engineers.We undertake design, shop drawings, As-built drawings, preparing material submittals, bill of quantities and calculations for all the following Mechanical systems:-
1.HVAC.
2. Plumbing.
4.Electrical
* Designed HVAC, piping & plumbing and fire fighting systems. (Including central plants & mechanical rooms) by using programmes like (CHVAC,duct sizer,pipe sizer ,ellite ,autocad ,sewer cad ,water cad and else)
*coordinates with Construction Administration engineer and stuff duties on some projects.
* Selected & specified all the equipment & wrote the required specifications for each discipline.
*Coordinate and monitor all MEP activities (Mechanical, Electrical, Water, Plumbing, Drainage, Irrigation and Fire Fighting) with their program schedule for proper flow of work on site which concerns the structural and architectural services.
*Responsible for the delivery and completion of the mechanical services contract. The contract scope includes supply and installation of complete piping for FCU’s, VAV’s and ducting to the existing Base Building AHU including ancillaries for stand-alone control, i.e. DDC’s thermostats and Master Controller..
*Review the contracts documents (HVAC specification & Concept) and advise the construction manager of any deficiency.
*« Hands-on experience with HVAC systems (packaged & chilled water).
*„« Knowledge of various codes and standards like ASHARAE, SMACNA, NFPA,BS, ASTM, ASME etc.
