We are looking for talented and motivated engineers to join our Team in the following positions: -
1.Junior Structural Design & Detailing Engineer
Location: Main Office – Misr w al Sodan Street, Hadayek El Kobba, Cairo.
2.Junior Technical Office – Tendering & BOQ Engineer
Location: Main Office – Misr w al Sodan Street, Hadayek El Kobba, Cairo.
3.Junior Production & QA/QC Engineer
Location: Factory – Inshas Industrial Zone, Bilbeis, Sharqia (10 km from Obour City).
4.Junior Construction Site Engineer
Location: Various site locations depending on project assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform structural design, analysis, and preparation of technical/shop drawings.
• Prepare BOQs, assist in tender pricing, and support bid preparation.
• Coordinate technical requirements between design, site, and fabrication teams.
• Oversee production stages (cutting, welding, assembly) and ensure quality control.
• Monitor and report on production performance, resources, and compliance with standards.
• Supervise daily site activities, coordinate deliveries, and support project ex*****on.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and as-built records.
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Steel, or Metallurgical Engineering (according to the position).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for all roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in structure design and detailing software Autocad, Tekla experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage and coordinate technical documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with site, office, and production teams.
• For factory-based roles, preference is given to candidates living near the Inshas Industrial Zone.
