Job title: INSTALLATION ENGINEER
(ELECTRICAL ENGINEER )
Key responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans for all installation of wastewater treatment equipment and systems including timelines, resource allocation, and budget consideration.
- Supervise the installation process, ensuring that all work is performed according to specification, Codes and standards.
- Preparing all electromechanical drawings to be approved from consultant
- Planning and scheduling all electromechanical works to finish the project before estimated time
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient completion of installation projects.
- Conduct inspection during and after installation to verify that systems are correctly installed and operational.
- Preform tests and commissioning activities to ensure that installed systems meet performance and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including technical drawing, manuals and inspection reports.
- Identify and address any issues that arise during the installation process, implementing solutions to prevent delays and ensure quality.
- Provide training and guidance to plat staff on the operation and maintenance of newly installed equipment and systems.
- Recommend and implement improvements to installation procedures and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering roles, with a focus on installation in wastewater treatment or similar industrial setting.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications. strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and control systems used in wastewater treatment,
- Experience in managing projects, including planning, ex*****on, and coordination.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with computer-Aided design (CAD) software and project management tools.
- Certifications: relative certifications in same field
