من أكتر الحاجات اللي بتعمل مشاكل في الشغل بجد
مش نقص خبرة ولا حاجة كبيرة…
هي لخبطة بسيطة في PN و Class ومعاهم الفلانش والقلاووظ

بس اللخبطة دي ممكن توقف شغل يوم كامل في الموقع

أنا شفت الموضوع ده أكتر من مرة

خلينا نمشيها واحدة واحدة

أول حاجة: PN و Class

الـ PN الموضوع فيه بسيط
رقم مباشر
يعني PN16 تقريبًا 16 بار وخلاص

إنما الـ Class لا
الموضوع مش رقم وخلاص

الرقم ده ليه علاقة بـ
الخامة + درجة الحرارة + جداول ANSI

فـ Class 150 مش معناها 150 بار زي ما ناس كتير فاكرة.

طيب هل الموضوع كله ضغط؟

لأ… وهنا بقى المشكلة اللي ناس كتير بتقع فيها

تعالى على الفلانش

ناس كتير تقولك
“ما PN16 قريب من Class 150 خلاص يركبوا بدل بعض”

والكلام ده بيوقعهم

لأن ببساطة الفلانش مختلف

عدد المسامير مش زي بعض
المسافات بينهم مختلفة
القطر والسمك مختلفين

يعني حتى لو قريبين في الضغط
مش هيركبوا على بعض في الواقع

ودي حصلت كتير
ووقفوا شغل علشان قطعة واحدة بس مش راكبة

نيجي بقى للقلاووظ… وده أخطر جزء

في نوعين مشهورين:
BSP و NPT

والفرق بينهم مش شكلي بس

زاوية السن مختلفة
وطريقة القفل مختلفة

وفي ناس تقولك “ما هو ركب خلاص”
بس بعد شوية يبدأ تسريب

ومع الضغط الموضوع بيبقى أسوأ

خليني أقولك حاجة من الآخر

أي حاجة Thread
لازم تبقى عارف نوعها قبل ما تشتري

مش كل 1 بوصة زي بعض

ملحوظة صغيرة بس مهمة

غالبًا هتلاقي
PN ماشي مع BSP
و Class ماشي مع NPT

بس مش شرط
فـ متفترضش… راجع

الخلاصة بقى اللي بتمشيك صح في الشغل:

قبل ما تشتري أو تركب أي حاجة
بص على 3 حاجات مع بعض:

الضغط (PN أو Class)
الفلانش
القلاووظ

لو واحدة فيهم غلط
هتتعب في الموقع

هل نظام الإطفاء بـ CO₂ مناسب ولا خطر؟

الإجابة بصراحة: هو من أقوى الأنظمة… بس لازم يتفهم ويتستخدم صح

خليني أشرح لك الموضوع ببساطة من واقع شغلنا 👇

نظام CO₂ فكرته إنه بيقلل نسبة الأكسجين في المكان بسرعة جدًا
فبالتالي الحريق بيختفي لأنه معندوش أكسجين يكمل

عشان كده بيبقى ممتاز في الأماكن اللي فيها معدات حساسة
زي غرف الكهرباء أو الماكينات

الميزة الكبيرة فيه إنه:
مش بيسيب أي بقايا
يعني مفيش مية ولا بودرة تبوّظ الأجهزة

بس هنا لازم نقف شوية ⚠️

النظام ده مش هزار
لأنه بنفس الطريقة اللي بيطفي بيها الحريق… ممكن يأذي أي حد موجود في المكان

وعشان كده أي نظام CO₂ محترم لازم يكون فيه:
إنذار قبل التفريغ
تأخير زمني (Time Delay)
وسيلة إلغاء (Abort Switch)

ومن أهم الحاجات اللي شفتها غلط في مواقع كتير:
إن الناس بتركّب النظام كأنه FM200 عادي… وده خطر جدًا

الـ CO₂ محتاج حسابات دقيقة جدًا في الحجم والتركيز
وأي خطأ فيه ممكن يخلي النظام غير فعال… أو خطر

الخلاصة من الآخر:
CO₂ حل قوي جدًا وفعال
بس لازم يتصمم ويتنفذ بعقل… مش بس عشان “أرخص”

ولو هتستخدمه… اتأكد إنك فاهم أنت بتعمل إيه 👌
