El-Helal Trading and Importing, a leading provider of medical equipment since 1989, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team.
About the Role:
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, from developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to overseeing onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
* Oversee the recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
* Onboard new hires and ensure they are integrated smoothly into the organization.
* Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Develop and maintain company policies and procedures related to human resources.
* Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
* Proven track record of success in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent.
* Strong understanding of HR best practices and legal requirements.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in HR software and information systems.
* A valid Egyptian work visa and residency permit.
Certification:
* A professional HR certification, such as the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), is a strong plus.
