MEDAD Consultant Engineers is a multi–disciplinary engineering consulting company with wide engineering experience in architectural design, interior design, landscaping, civil structures (including reinforced concrete and steel structures), and electro-mechanical design. Hussein Assaad decided to establish “MEDAD” as a new structure by expanding the management team to realize the g
rowth potential of the company, its stakeholders, and the regional market in general, adopting the principle “Design Innovation, Styling Leadership, emphases on the finest quality and superior service; within a family-like environment; are what we offer our clients.” And also, by cooperating with our sister company for Interior Design “HODA LASHEEN INTERIOR DESIGN”. To get our designs to reality, a comprehensive approach of management & supervision of projects is the other hand we offer to our clients. 1988 البداية من خلال تأسيس المعماري حسين أسعد للمكتب المعماري كونسبت مهندسون معماريون إلي جانب عمله كمعيد بقسم الهندسة المعمارية بجامعة القاهرة. The beginning was Concept Architects, an architectural office established by Arch. Hussein Assad, beside his work as an Instructor at the Department of Architectural Engineering, at Cairo University.
1996 إندماج شركة كونسبت مهندسون معماريون و المكتب الإنشائي انتيجراتد ديزاين جروب ليكونوا كيان جديد بإسم البنيان للتصميم و إدارة المشروعات لتقديم خدمات هندسية متكاملة. Concept Architects" merged with Integrated Design Group to constitute a new entity called Albonian for Design and Project Management, to provide integrated and comprehensive engineering services.
2005 دخول مجموعة من العاملين المميزين كشركاء و هم م/إيهاب عباس - م/محمد صبحي - م/أحمد سعد - م/وائل رفعت - م/أحمد الغرباوي و تطوير الكيان الجديد تحت اسم البنيان مهندسون إستشاريون. A number of highly distinguished staff has joined Albonian as partners, namely, Arch. Ihab Abbass, Arch. Mohamed Sobhi, Arch. Ahmed Saad, Eng. Wael Refaat, and Eng. Ahmed Al-Gharabawy. Accordingly, the company’s name has changed to Albonian Consultant Engineers.
2006 إفتتاح البنيان فرع ليبيا
Opening Albonian Libya Branch.
2007 إفتتاح البنيان فرع الإمارات
Opening Albonian UAE Branch.
2009 إنفصال المجموعة المعمارية عن البنيان ودخول م/أحمد نويتو كشريك جديد ليكونوا رؤية جديدة لتطوير الجانب المعماري تحت إسم مداد مهندسون إستشاريون. The Architecture Group was separated from Albonian, and Arch. Ahmed Nawito has joined the group as a new partner, thereby constituting a new vision for developing the architectural perspective, under the name MEDAD Consultant Engineers.
2010 تحويل البنيان فرع ليبيا إلي مداد ليبيا ودراسة افتتاح فرعي مداد السعودية و أبوظبي. The name of "Albonian Libya Branch" was changed to "MEDAD Libya" for the studies for opening of MEDAD Saudi Arabia and Abu Dhabi branches are currently on the way. QUALITY STATEMENT
