This award reflects the continued confidence placed in our ability to deliver large-scale, high-end residential developments with precision, consistency, and operational excellence.

The awarded package includes the ex*****on of a fully finished residential phase within 𝗭𝗘𝗗 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 , with an approximate built-up area of 𝟭𝟬𝟲,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗺². The scope comprises 7 residential buildings (10 stories each) featuring five architectural prototypes, integrated on a shared podium with an underground parking facility.

The project scope encompasses comprehensive structural and architectural works, complete finishing packages, MEP and HVAC systems, in addition to communication and security systems, ensuring a fully integrated residential environment delivered to the highest standards.

The group stage of the 29th Corporate Football Tournament organized by The Employer has officially come to an end, and we’re excited to announce that El Hazek Construction has qualified for the Knockout Stage (Round of 64).

After strong performances and great teamwork throughout the group stage, the real challenge begins now. The same determination, discipline, and team spirit we bring to our projects are driving us forward on the field.
