THE UNITED NATIONS and WHO HEADQUARTERS

📍 The Diplomatic District-The New Administrative Capital -EGYPT

The United Nations building is a unique addition to the diplomatic district. Its stone façade and carefully placed masses present a refreshing interpretation of ancient Egyptian Architecture. The entrance’s cascading stairs and arcades add value to both the internal and external spaces.
Using vertical elements as an architectural treatment goes beyond the general appearance only to being a reflection of the environmental conditions surrounding the building, as it contributes to reducing the greenhouse effect and supplying the internal spaces with natural lighting, and thus reducing the consumption of electrical energy needed to light and cool the internal spaces.

This ambitious mixed-use development stands as a testament to the seamless integration of contemporary design, luxury living, and urban convenience. Comprising seven residential towers, a hotel tower, a hotel apartments tower, and a luxury apartments tower, all intricately connected through a stylish podium, Dammam Towers redefines the skyline of Al Othaim Park Mall.

DIPLOMATIC DISTRICT, NEW ADMINISTRATIVE CAPITAL, EGYPT

The Social Club overlooks the service axis of the Diplomatic District with an area of 20 acres and it includes: Social building - Gym building - Children’s building - Playground building - handball and tennis courts - football fields.
The Social club is at the heart of the Diplomatic District and is located on the highest elevated point of the project.
Keeping up with the prevalent theme of the District, the architectural Design elements are inspired by ancient Egyptian architecture and present its essence in a modern way.

The dorms building is designed based on privacy; noting that the male building is directed towards the landscape while the female building is directed towards the fence of the Maa’rfa building, noting that the buildings are set upon the north side.
