This project involves the development of a modern office building located in the northern part of Jeddah. The building is designed to cater to both the professional and social needs of its occupants. The ground floor will feature a selection of cafes, providing a vibrant and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and the local community. The upper floors will be dedicated to administrative functions, offering high-quality office spaces tailored for efficient workflow and collaboration
The design of the building will be rooted in Salmanian Architecture, a style inspired by King Salman’s vision for modernizing Saudi Arabia while maintaining cultural traditions. The building will incorporate traditional elements such as intricate blended seamlessly with modern materials and technologies. This concept reflects both the country’s cultural identity and a forward-thinking approach to architecture.

Design and Construction of Villas: The compound will comprise a series of modern villas, each with its own private garden and luxurious amenities. open-plan living areas, swimming pools, garages, and service areas.
