للاستشارات الهندسية عن حاجته لتعيين مهندسين معماريين للانضمام إلى فريق عملنا في مشاريع متميزة، خاصة في مجال المستشفيات:
🔹 الوظائف المطلوبة:
1️⃣ مهندس معماري
– خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات
– يُشترط وجود خبرة في تصميم أو تنفيذ المستشفيات
– إجادة العمل على البرامج الهندسية (AutoCAD - Revit)
2️⃣ مهندس معماري أول
– خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات
– خبرة قوية في مشروعات المستشفيات
– القدرة على قيادة فريق والتنسيق مع باقي التخصصات
🧾 الشروط العامة:
– بكالوريوس هندسة معمارية
– خبرة واضحة في مشاريع المستشفيات شرط أساسي
– معرفة جيدة بكودات وتصميمات المنشآت الصحية
📍 مقر العمل: شيراتون - مصر الجديدة

🔹 2 Structural Design Engineers – Minimum 3 years of experience

Job Description:
Design and analysis of reinforced concrete structures
Proficient in modeling structures using ETABS, SAFE, and SAP2000
Complete knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
Experience in steel structure design is a strong plus

Position: Senior Technical Landscape Architect
Job code: 2C
Location: Sheraton, Cairo

ARCHPLAN Consulting is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Landscape Architect to join our growing team.

If you have 5-7 years of experience in landscape architecture and a passion for creating sustainable, aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1-Lead the production of Landscape packages and 2D working drawings.
2-Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless integration of landscape 3-architecture into overall project plans.
4-Prepare technical documentation and ensure design quality and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or related field.
*5-7 years of experience in the field of Landscape Architecture.
*Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D for producing technical drawings.
*Strong skills in Photoshop for visual presentations and design.
*Experience with 3D Max or Revit for creating 3D models.
*Knowledge of Lumion is a plus.
