The most expensive mistake in stone import doesn't happen at the factory. It happens in the container.

Slabs that shift. Crates that weren't built for the slab inside them. A packing list that doesn't match what comes out at the port.

So we treat loading as part of the product, not the end of it:
· Crates built in our own carpentry workshop, sized to the order not pulled off a stack
· Every bundle checked and logged against the packing list before it goes in
· Loaded and secured so the last slab comes out the way the first one went in
· Export documents issued by the same team that watched it load
