🔹 Key Responsibilities (Based on Level):

Prepare detailed mechanical/electrical drawings, layouts, and calculations in line with project standards.
Develop, update, and manage BIM models using Revit with high accuracy.
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure full design integration.
Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks or similar tools.
Review and validate shop drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications and codes.
Participate in coordination meetings and technical discussions with internal teams and clients.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and submissions.
Support construction phase activities, including responding to RFIs and updating as-built models.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
Identify design issues and propose efficient technical solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and support team development (Senior Level).
Manage priorities, workload distribution, and coordination activities (Senior Level).

🔹 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Strong experience in design, modeling, and BIM coordination.
Good knowledge of BIM methodologies and workflows.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and related software.
Good understanding of international codes and standards.
Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

Ramadan nights at Al-Muizz Street have a magic of their own! 🌙✨
IBIMS family gathered for our annual Iftar in the heart of Historic Cairo. Breaking fast surrounded by the ancient walls and vibrant spirit of Al-Muizz Street made this year's gathering truly unforgettable.
After a beautiful meal, we headed to the majestic Sultan Hassan Mosque for Taraweeh prayers. Standing amidst such brilliant Islamic architecture was a powerful reminder of why we love design and detail. 🕌
We wrapped up the night with a peaceful midnight trip on the Nile. There’s nothing like the Cairo breeze at midnight to recharge our energy and celebrate the bond that makes our team so special.
