We are proud to be part of one of the top 5 largest Mars plants in the world, making it the exclusive regional hub for manufacturing global chocolate favorites like Galaxy, Twix, Bounty, Mars, Snickers, and Milky Way located in 6th of October, Egypt.

CATEC delivered the complete engineering consultation, design, supply, installation, and commissioning for the facility's critical utility systems:

Steam & Hot-Water Boiler Rooms: 2 BOSCH steam boilers and 2 BOSCH hot-water boilers.

Electrical Heaters: 2 high-efficiency units.

Containerized Hot-Water System: A 20ft container solution with primary/secondary pumps and 2 heat exchangers, delivering 3 different temperatures simultaneously.

Cooling & Piping: Compressors water-cooling unit and comprehensive industrial piping across production floors and utility corridors.

This project showcases our capability to deliver complex, high-capacity utility infrastructure for global manufacturing leaders.
