يشترط في المتقدم أن يمتلك خبرة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات في المبيعات الفنية، وخلفية هندسية قوية في أحد التخصصات التالية: الميكانيكا أو الهندسة الصناعية أو الهندسة الطبية الحيوية.
كما نبحث عن شخصية تتمتع بمهارات عالية في التفاوض، والفهم التقني، والتواصل مع العملاء.
