Digital fabrication Lab Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
• Interface with clients either face to face or through responding to emails and messages.
• Handle daily machine requests. "3D Printers - Laser Cutter and more"
• Conduct orientation and tours for walk-ins.
• Keep accurate records of clients’ data, financials & machine data.
• Prepare reports on machine usage.
• Handle machine maintenance.
• Purchase all the needed materials & electronics.
• Help with community management processes.
• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
• Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information.
• Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics.
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
