Hiring: Sales Coordinator & Administrative Assistant

About the Role
Egyroll is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team at our Margham facility. This role is central to our operations, bridging the gap between our sales inquiries and administrative excellence. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of sales quotations, maintaining our digital presence, and ensuring our CRM stays up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support: Prepare accurate and professional sales quotations for our production line equipment.
Communication: Manage official company correspondence via email, ensuring timely and professional responses to clients.
CRM Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads and sales progress.
Social Media: Assist in managing the company’s social media profiles to enhance brand visibility.
File Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of project documents.
Qualifications
Location: Residents of Alexandria are preferred (Note: Office is located on Margham Desert Road).
Experience: Previous experience in sales coordination, office administration, or a similar role in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), CRM software, and social media platforms.
Language: Good command of both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
