At AICS, Our central Focus is on forming of tubing and piping
and fabrication of industrial Equipment composed mainly of tube or pipesystems this includes the critical pressure parts of a boiler system such as super heaters, re heaters, economizers and air preheaters. AICS has produced all of this components for clients in many differentindustrial fields including the chemical , petrochemical , petroleum ,fertilizer and power generation industries. We have the capacity to cold-form tight radius bends in tubes and pipes up to 125 mm outer diameter and large radius bends in pipes of up to 8" inch outer diameter and schedule 80 wall thickness. With experienced and certified welding technicians, we produce thehighest quality TIG & ARC welds in a wide range of material types, diameters and thickness.Additionally we can perform pre-and post weld heat treatments at our facility for welded joints when required.
