بوستر مياه رى طلمبات جراندفوس مواتير سيمنس وهيدرات سحب استانلي لوحه كهرباء شنايدر. تم التجربه والتجميع بعنايه لمراعاه تحقيق كميه التدفق والضغط المطلوب بدون التاثير علي أداء التشغيل والتعرض لمشاكل التصميم الشائعه. كل قطعه مستخدمه يجب اختيارها فنيا ومراجعه المواصفات بعنايه لتحقيق أفضل أداء.

تصميم وتجميع مجموعه بوستر الطلمبات واختيار هيدر السحب والطرد من الاستانلس و الحديد المجلفن علي الساخن للتماشي مع ظروف التشغيل وملوحه الماء وعوامل التعريه المؤثره لضمان كفاءه التشغيل. لوحات الكهرباء كلاسيك وانفرتر متغير السرعه لتوفير الكهرباء والتكيف مع استهلاك المياه. بعد الانتهاء من التجميع يختبر السيستم كامل لدينا للتأكد من تحقيق كميه التدفق والضغط المطلوب للتشغيل والتاكد من الكفاءه والجوده.

صيانه وإصلاح طلمبه جراندفوس استانلس رأسيه متعدده المراحل

إصلاح لوحة التحكم المتضررة من الغرق، واختبارها، وتركيبها. كانت لوحة التحكم متضررة من الغرق، بالإضافة إلى مكونات كهربائية حساسة مثل انفرتر دانفوس بقوة 11 كيلوواط، ووحدة التحكم (PLC) من جراندفوس، وواجهة المستخدم الشاشه (HMI) من جراندفوس، ومكونات كهربائية أخرى تضررت.

طلب العميل إصلاح لوحة التحكم وتغيير تسلسل تشغيل البوستر. بعد الفحص، تم استبدال المكونات على النحو التالي:

- استبدال الأجزاء التالفة
- استبدال انفرتر دانفوس بآخر شنايدر جديد لخفض التكاليف.
- تركيب وحدة تحكم قابلة للبرمجة (PLC) جديدة من جراندفوس
- تركيب شاشه (HMI) جديدة من جراندفوس

Drowned control panel overhauling, testing and installation. The control panel was drowned and electrical senstive component such as DANFOSS Drive 11kw, Grundfos PLC, GRUNDFOS HMI and other electrical components damaged.

Customer requested repair and chanigng booster sequence of operation. After inspection, component must change as follows;
- Damaged parts replacment
- VFD replacment from Danfoss to new Schneider for cost reduction.
- NEW GRUNDFOS PLC
- New GRUNDFOS HMI

In sewage applications, selecting the correct pump with correct impeller is critical for performance and reliability.

Impeller design, Channel, Tube, Grinder or VORTEX, each design will affect the performance for instant last project customer requested Channel impeller which offers higher head with smaller solids passage, yet the application contains waste and solids. After reviewing, our technical team recommendation was to switch to a Vortex Impeller as it offers;
1- Larger free passage for solids
2- Reduced risk of clogging
3- Higher operational reliability
