We were honored on April 6, 2026, to host the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) Licensing Committee during their official visit for the approval and licensing of Phase 2 expansion at Ateco Pharma Egypt 🇪🇬

The visit reflected a strong recognition of the project’s technical and operational standards, confirming full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all applicable regulatory requirements.

United Group (UG) is proud to have served as the Main Contractor for Ateco Pharma Egypt – Phase 2 at Ain Sokhna Industrial Zone, a key milestone in advancing Egypt’s pharmaceutical manufacturing sector 🇪🇬
We extend our sincere congratulations on the successful ministerial visit and the official inauguration of the project, marking a significant achievement for Ateco Pharma and the industry as a whole.
It was an honor to contribute to the delivery of this state-of-the-art facility, designed and executed in line with the highest international standards for intravenous solutions manufacturing, utilizing advanced BFS technology and fully compliant with GMP requirements.
🔹 Our scope included the complete ex*****on of MEP works (Electrical, Mechanical, Firefighting, and Control Systems) with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and efficiency.
🔹 The expansion brings the total production capacity to 50 million bottles annually, supporting local demand and boosting export potential.
🔹 The project plays a vital role in strengthening local manufacturing and reducing dependency on imports.

The project was successfully delivered under the supervision of Fekr Consultancy, alongside Dr. Khaled Fateen, ensuring full compliance with the highest engineering and regulatory standards.
