Biraf rewinds all types of machines and ratings up to 10MW and 11kV rated voltage. Biraf also perform all mechanical repair needed for machines such as fretted or broken shaft repair, bearing housing repair, end shields repair or manufacture, slip ring manufacture, lifting devices repair or design and manufacture. In 2011 we started building our new extension (the mechanical workshop) to give more space for the mechanical repair and have more chance to extend the mechanical repairs we perform.....with 9m of altitude and 25 Ton crane capacity, we believe we will be able to handle more equipment and extend our frame limits. Although the country status was not helping us....the dream came true, and the extension is ready and we have started to shift the work up there...our frame limit is now limited to the max crane capacity of 25 Ton.
