One platform. Over 100 building products. All from plastic waste.
Most companies that recycle plastic make one thing.

TileGreen makes over 100.

Our core technology, TG1.0, is a patented, ML-assisted, modular manufacturing platform that uses plastic waste as its raw material to produce a wide range of building products:

→ Paving tiles
→ Roof tiles
→ Structural elements
→ And more in development

The modular design means production can be scaled up, replicated, and adapted to local markets, which is central to our franchise expansion model launching across the Middle East and Africa.

This isn't a single product company. It's a platform for rebuilding how the construction industry sources its materials.

As the construction industry moves toward more sustainable practices, the term circular economy is everywhere, but what does it actually mean for building materials?

True circularity goes beyond using recycled content. It means designing materials with their entire lifecycle in mind, from waste recovery and long-term performance to end-of-life reprocessing and reuse.

In our latest blog, we explore how Re-PAC is engineered to keep materials in use for longer, reduce landfill waste, and support a more sustainable future for construction.

Construction is responsible for 38% of global CO₂ emissions. The materials we use are a big reason why.
The buildings we live and work in are quietly one of the largest contributors to climate change.

Not just during construction but across the entire lifecycle of the materials used to build them.

Cement alone accounts for around 8% of global CO₂ emissions. Add in clay, metal, and other conventional materials, and the numbers become difficult to ignore.

For years, the industry has been searching for a "golden formula" in building materials: green enough to reduce emissions, strong enough to perform, affordable enough to scale, and practical enough to actually deploy.

Re-PAC by TileGreen checks all four boxes, backed by rigorous testing to ensure every product meets the performance standards the industry demands.

The solution to construction's emissions problem already exists. The question is how fast we adopt it.

Every tile you walk on saved 200 plastic bags from the Mediterranean
Egypt is responsible for 43% of the plastic waste dumped into the Mediterranean Sea every year.

That's not just an environmental statistic it's a local crisis happening in our own backyard.

Every TileGreen product manufactured is plastic permanently removed from that equation. Collected, processed, and locked into a building material designed to last for decades.

A single paving tile = approximately 200 plastic bags that will never reach the sea.

Multiply that across an entire development project, and the impact becomes significant measurable and real.

We believe the construction industry can be part of the solution to the plastic crisis. Not just neutral. Actually positive.

Meet Re-PAC: the material that doesn't crack, rust, rot, or react with chemicals
Traditional building materials each come with a weakness.

Concrete cracks. Wood rots. Metal rusts. Clay erodes.

Re-PAC TileGreen's Recycled Polymer Aggregate Composite was engineered to have none of those weaknesses.

Made entirely from plastic waste that would otherwise end up in a landfill or the ocean,
Re-PAC is a sub-solid composite material that is:

✔ Crack-resistant
✔ Rust-proof
✔ Rot-proof
✔ Chemically inert
✔ Durable across decades of use

And at end of life? It can be recycled all over again back into new Re-PAC.

This is what a truly circular building material looks like.

We’re proud to be recognized as part of the Catalytic Africa portfolio and to be featured among innovative ventures shaping Africa’s future.

At TileGreen, we are committed to transforming plastic waste into high performance, carbon-negative building materials, proving that sustainability and innovation can go hand in hand.

Being part of a growing ecosystem of entrepreneurs, investors, and organizations driving positive environmental impact across Africa motivates us to continue building scalable solutions for a more sustainable future. A big thank you to everyone who has supported our journey so far our partners, investors, customers, and team members.

The future of construction should be circular, sustainable, and accessible.

We’re proud to be contributing to that future.

We hear a lot about plastic recycling. But here's the reality:

Most plastic waste is never recycled.

While recycling symbols give the impression that all plastics can be processed, the vast majority of plastic waste especially low-value, mixed, and flexible plastics falls outside the capabilities of conventional recycling systems.

In our latest blog, we explore:
- Why only a small fraction of plastic waste gets recycled
- The economic barriers behind the recycling industry
- Why solving plastic pollution requires more than better sorting
- How TileGreen is turning hard-to-recycle plastic into carbon-negative construction materials

The plastic crisis and the construction emissions crisis are often treated as separate challenges. We see them as one opportunity.

50% lower costs. 80% fewer emissions. Zero compromise on performance.

What if the most sustainable choice was also the most economical one?

That's not a vision for the future that's what TileGreen delivers today.

Our building materials are produced at approximately 50% lower cost than conventional alternatives, with around 80% fewer carbon emissions throughout the production process.

And unlike many "eco-friendly" options on the market, performance is never sacrificed. Re PAC doesn't crack, rust, rot, or react with chemicals making it a reliable choice for real construction projects at scale.

Resource efficiency isn't a feature we added to our product.
It's the foundation our entire process is built on.

📊 Better for the environment. Better for the bottom line.

Why 86% of plastic will never be recycled and what we're doing about it

Every year, the world produces over 400 million tons of plastic waste.
Only 14% of it gets recycled.

The rest? It ends up in landfills, oceans, and streets not because people don't care, but because the technology to recycle low-value, "unrecyclable" plastic simply hasn't existed.

Until now.

TileGreen's patented thermomechanical technology processes all types of plastic waste including the kinds conventional recycling rejects and converts them into a durable composite building material called Re-PAC.

No sorting required. No plastic left behind.

This is what closing the recycling gap actually looks like.

♻️ TileGreen turning the unrecyclable into the indispensable.

04/06/2026

Halfway through 2026, and the momentum keeps growing.

This year, TileGreen reached one of its most important milestones yet: winning the TAQADAM Accelerator Program.

Beyond the recognition, this achievement reflects something bigger the growing demand for innovative solutions that turn environmental challenges into scalable business opportunities.

Every tile we produce represents plastic waste diverted from the environment and transformed into sustainable infrastructure.

As we move into the second half of the year, we're focused on scaling our impact, expanding into new markets, and building strategic partnerships that accelerate the transition toward a circular economy.

We're excited for what's ahead.
