Some cars you read about. A few you get to drive.

This week Mads Christensen got the keys to one of his all-time bucket-list cars: a 1973 Porsche 911 2.7 Carrera RS Touring — the car that gave Rennsport its name.

Built to homologate Porsche's return to racing, only ~1,560 were ever made. They sold out at the Paris show in days, and it's been the Holy Grail of air-cooled 911s ever since. This particular car? Once owned by tuning legend Alois Ruf.

Barefoot, gloves on, Mads takes it down to the marina and answers the only question that matters: how does a 50-year-old icon actually drive today?

Automotive history, racing legends, and pure mechanical passion. Mads Christensen and the JP Group Club recently visited the 2026 edition of Classic Race Viborg, and the brand-new episode is now available on our YouTube channel.

20,000 km in a 60-year-old VW Bus?! 🤯 Yes, you read that right!

Mads Christensen is in Hannover, where he ran into two absolute legends: Syahmi and Jeyakumaran from the Trip 4 Trees project. They’ve driven all the way from Malaysia to Germany in their iconic VW T1 Split Screens! 🚐💨

And that's not even the craziest part... Their mission is to plant 100,000 trees along the route. 🌳🌍

We also talk about the reality of building a career in professional racing. Mikkel shares the story of how he fought his way to the top – from knocking on doors in a small Toyota Aygo to secure sponsorships, to finally getting his first paid drive.
