𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙈𝙒 𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙥 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚, 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙗𝙤𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙇𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙎𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢 𝙖𝙣𝙙𝘾𝙖𝙥𝘼𝙞𝙧 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙎𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢.
Unsorted caps are manually poured into a buffer attached to the PMW CapLift from where the conveyor, inside the cap elevator, picks up the caps to place them on the PMW CapLine cap conveyor or directly into the PMW CapSorter, depending on the size and layout of the system.
Made in stainless steel. The buffer is made of glasfibre, and treated with an FDA-approved gel coating. Cleaning friendly materials and design.
- Can transport over 30.000 caps/hour, depending on cap type and size.
- Comes in two sizes:
140 mm wide conveyor belt and 160 L vol. buffer.
240 mm wide conveyor belt and 310 L vol. buffer.
- Equipped with a sensor, monitoring the level of caps inside the buffer. When a certain threshold is met, an orange flash lights up to signal it is time to refill the buffer with caps.
- PMW CapLift is covered on the sides and on top with clear PC thermoplastic.

My primary focus revolves around three key areas: Preparing quotations, answering customer queries, and helping to ensure smooth internal operations. Let me share a bit about each of these aspects.

First and foremost, I dedicate a significant part of my daily routine to handling quotations. Working closely with the PMW team, I gather all the necessary information to formulate a technical solution, tailored to the customer’s needs, and put it into a clear and precise quotation. Another aspect of my role, which is very important to me, is handling accounts. I do my very best to try and provide an exceptional service, to take great care in addressing queries, and to provide guidance throughout the sales process and after. Lastly, I try to strengthen our team and contribute to the smooth functioning of PMW by working to maintain an internal overview of ongoing projects and facilitate communication between central interlocutors.

Ved overgangen til det nye år, 2023, havde grundlægger og Senior Advisor Per M. Weiss sin sidste dag hos PMW – og kan nu nyde pensionist tilværelsen i fulde drag.

Vi vil gerne benytte lejligheden til at sige TAK, tak for indsatsen, for dit gode humør, for at være en god kollega, tak! 🔥

Til manden med de mange funktioner ’opfinder, sælger, leder, rådgiver, fixer, videns fontæne, værktøjsmager og ”kapselrende-kirug” 👨‍⚕️ – Fra PMW og Jesma Group, lyder en kæmpe tak til Per Weiss.

Vi har lært af, at et problem blot er første skridt mod at finde en løsning og at 2/10 af en mm kan være det, der gør forskellen.
