Important announcement from Jacob Thomas, CEO, Grain & Protein Technologies.

We’re so pleased to welcome Lars Dithmer as the new President of Cimbria.

Lars brings over two decades of global leadership experience across the food and engineered systems industries, most recently from his senior roles at Alfa Laval.

Over the course of his career, he has led international business units, driven profitability improvements, and guided operational restructurings within Europe and Asia.

His professional background is undeniably strong. He served as President for Alfa Laval’s Food and Water Division, as well as holding other leadership roles in India, China, and Hong Kong.

Across these positions, Lars has worked at the intersection of strategy, operations, and business development, with a strong focus on transformation, operational excellence, and M&A.

His international experience and ability to lead complex organizations will be invaluable to GPT’s Cimbria division as we continue to strengthen our business and advance our strategic priorities.
