A black belt in karate, 4 meters in the air, and a single split second that rewrote everything. 🥋
August 2015. High-intensity sports camp. Ania, a reigning Polish Karate Champion, is training on a suspended rope. One slip from twelve feet up leads to an unforgiving diagnosis: a fractured spine.
What came next speaks louder than any marketing campaign.
Ania didn’t step away from competition-she dove right back in, dominating the lanes in para swimming. In 2022, she took the stage in Mexico to be crowned 2nd Runner-Up at Miss Wheelchair World. She earned her degree from the Medical University of Łódź and now crafts smiles as a professional dental technician.
“Life in a wheelchair opened my eyes to just how much a person can truly achieve,” says Ania.
