Game City – the possibilities of gaming are endless Social gaming and interaction is the focus of Game City.

If you are into competitions there are many opportunities to take part, both in small and larger groups. This can be done both digitally and in analogue, physically or sedentary. At Game City 2013 you can:

- Play Volley, Soccer, Basket, Beachmintion, PingPong, Pentathlon and different garden games at the Playground.

- Stop by Boardgamers Lounge for game of Carcassonne, Ticket to ride, Dominion,

Dixit, and Bezzerwizzer.

- Watch Roskilde Championship in Slackline where the biggest slacker will be announced.

- See a girls-on-the-field tournament when Sensational Street Soccer is going on. This year’s charity is "change the world through sport & music".


- Get into better shape and thus be better prepared for the festival hardships, both mentally and physically by joining the Roskilde Run.


- Spread good karma at Karma United Football - A table football
tournament where you can either play yourself or watch the 4 teams from Stockholm, Lund, Oslo and Berlin compete.

- Find your inner cool granny at Roskilde Banko which will be played with the traditional bingo ruels and equipment, but with a little festival twist

Game City is the place for festival guests who are in a playing mood. There will be the opportunity to try rock climbing, or you can relax over an exciting board game in Boardgamers Lounge, or have your bingo skills cultivated. If you like to sweat try basket or soccer.
There will also be the opportunity to play videogames in a way you have never experienced before. Maybe you need to clarify an internal strife over a game of table tennis, then Game City is the place to go. All this is just a small sample of all the activities that will be available in Game City at Roskilde Festival.

It all begins sunday during the warm-up at 10 a.m.

Whether you're running from a hangover, or just for the fun of it, the festival provides you with a daily opportunity to do so and experience camp site in a different manner on a three mile guided jogging. During warm up each day at 11. and 13 hrs. and when the music starts only at 11.
