We have recently experienced a fantastic surge in demand for our products. We are incredibly grateful for this, but this great success has unfortunately caused some temporary growing pains in our warehouse.
Our goods-inbound team has been working around the clock to handle a massive influx of containers and pallets, which has now triggered a huge wave of completed orders ready in our packing department. We are fully aware that many of you have been waiting far too long for your packages right now. We deeply apologize for this, and we completely understand your frustration.
We are doing everything humanly possible to get your orders out the door as quickly as possible! We have hired extra staff, and our amazing team is working overtime and throughout the weekends to catch up.
We hope for your patience just a little while longer – we promise that your items are on their way! 📦✨

Vi har i den seneste tid oplevet en helt fantastisk stor efterspørgsel på vores varer. Det er vi utrolig taknemmelige for, men den store succes har desværre også skabt midlertidigt vokseværk på vores l***r.
Vores varemodtagelse har arbejdet på højtryk for at håndtere en kæmpe strøm af containere og paller, og det har nu udløst en sand bølge af komplette ordrer, som ligger klar i pakkeriet. Vi ved godt, at flere af jer har ventet alt for længe på jeres pakker lige nu. Det bekl***r vi dybt, og vi forstår fuldt ud jeres frustration.
Vi gør alt, hvad vi overhovedet kan, for at få jeres ordrer afsted i en fart! Vi har ansat ekstra hænder, og vores fantastiske team arbejder både overtid og i weekenderne for at indhente det forsømte.
