✨ Meet our incredibly versatile head of administration, Louise! ✨

25 years young, and already a lot to show for it. She’s been with the love of her life, Mikkel, for 8 years as they first met as 17-year-old. Today they’ve been married for 2 years and have their sweet dog, Bølle 💏

Louise was raised in the idyllic Djursland in Denmark but moved to Kolding back in 2018 🏡 Before she became a part of Innos, she studied her bachelor’s in international Trade and Marketing at the International Business Academy IBA, together with our colleague Jacob! 🎒

At Innos Tools, Louise started as Marketing Manager in June 2022 and has now taken the next step as Head of Administration. She loves to take on challenges, acquire new knowledge and lead both us and our customers in the right direction. Her commitment and skill are indispensable! 🌟

When she’s not at work, Louise is a big Formula 1 fan and follows every qualifying, sprint race and Grand Prix 🏎️ Louise, Mikkel and one of their good friends even went on a road trip to Belgium during the summer holidays to experience it live on Spa 🏁

As if this wasn’t enough, she also shares a passion for speed and tech with Mikkel and they recently invested in a Tesla that will take them on countless adventures! 🚗

But Louise is not just a motorsport enthusiast – she is also a real family and friends person who loves to participate in social events, and she is always ready for some stand-up and delicious food! 🤩

Her birthday is a grand event that is celebrated for weeks, not just for one day, and Christmas starts early when she’s around, so it probably won’t be long before we’ll see the ornaments here at the HQ! 🎄

Give Louise a like or a nice comment along the way, she really deserves!👇🏻

🚀 Meet our brilliant Marketing Specialist, Jacob, who has a special focus on our groundbreaking product, Kneel-it! 🌟

🎉 Just over two weeks ago, he turned 28, and in the same month, he celebrated his 1-year anniversary here at Innos Tools 🎂

🏡 Jacob lives in the heart of Vejle, where he shares his everyday life with his girlfriend Simone, but his hometown is the cozy town of Grindsted 🏡

🌍 Jacob holds a Professional Bachelor's degree in International Sales and Marketing from IBA Erhvervsakademi Kolding. During his time as a student, he did an internship at IBA Career as a career advisor. After his internship/education, he continued working in the same place in a substitute position 🎓

Jacob is a true ski enthusiast and has previously lived and worked as a ski guide in the beautiful Austrian Alps. And speaking of the Alps, it's his big dream to move back and enjoy the amazing surroundings again ⛷️

When Jacob is not at the office, he typically spends his weekends with both his own family and his in-laws in both Mid and South Jutland. During the weekdays, he's trying to master adult life, as he now must admit that he's closer to 60 than 0 years old 😂

⚽ Behind the exterior, a true sports fanatic is hiding! Jacob is passionate about all kinds of sports, so if you run into him, he always appreciates a good challenge 🏆

🔧 Jacob is proud to be a part of Innos Tools because he wholeheartedly believes in our product, Kneel-it. After a back operation due to his time as a carpenter apprentice, he understands the importance of taking care of oneself in the craftsman industry. Improving the quality of life and the work environment in this industry is something he truly stands for and wants to spread the message about 💪🏻

Give Jacob a like or a comment on the way, as he deserves it👇🏻

In the upcoming weeks, we’ll give you a short and sweet introduction to the team behind Innos - let´s get familiar! 🤝

👨🏻‍🔧🔧 Our Henrik can fix everything from tricky tools to broken hearts!🎉

Henrik is a true handyman, equipped with the skills to solve any practical problems. He works as our company´s Tool Specialist and spends most of his time managing our product range, inventory, and shipments. If you have any questions about using our innovative products, it´s typically Henrik you´ll speak to 🗨️☎️

He calls the historic town of Ribe in Denmark his home - a town with nearly as many stories as Henrik himself. He´s seen 62 summers and has shared 44 of those with his wonderful wife, Anette. Together, they have two fantastic children, Peter (28 years old) and Maria (31 years old) 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🏡 Bonus info about Anette - it´s nearly always Anette who packs Henrik´s lunch, and it’s obvious it´s been made with love ❤️

Henrik has earned the title of “Grandpa Henrik” thanks to the arrival of adorable Ebbe 👶🏻

Henrik´s career is impressive! He took his first steps at Innos Europe in August 2021 after an incredible 32 years at the machine factory Logitrans, where he originally became a machine worker. Afterward, he spent a decade in the safety industry as a technical advisor for fall protection at Stennevad 💼

When he´s not at work, Henrik is a dedicated family man and a fantastic friend. In his spare time, he loves to fish 🎣 and listen to music - if you could hear him in the warehouse, you’d be surprised to how many songs Henrik knows 😮

What Henrik loves most about his job: He likes the flat management structure, where there´s a short distance from thought to action. He also appreciates the freedom and responsibility he has. And, of course, his deep passion for tools! 🔧💼

Show Henrik some love! Give a like or an encouraging comment, as he truly deserves it! 👇🏻
