We currently have more than 50 different belt types available and can therefore offer the ultimate solution to special tasks of any sort. A major factor for ScanBelt’s flexibility is the fact that the process from design and tool making to plastic moulding and assembling of whole belts all takes place in the same factory in Hjoerring, Denmark.

Flights
Gravity never takes a coffee break.

Flights provide the additional support needed to move products on inclines and help reduce rollback.
Vegetables.
Seafood.

Why does belt pitch matter?
Because not every application needs the same belt geometry.
Belt pitch describes the distance between repeating points in the modular belt design.
And that dimension affects much more than appearance.
It influences flexibility, sprocket engagement, product support and how the belt behaves in different applications.
Smaller pitch can be useful where product support and tight conveying requirements matter.
Larger pitch can bring advantages in other demanding applications.
There isn't one "best" pitch.
There's the right pitch for the job.

There are many ways to brighten up a workday.
Coffee helps.
A Friday helps.
But a table absolutely covered in homemade cake?
Now we’re talking.
This monday, our amazing ScanBelt team baked up a seriously impressive cake table in support of “Stafet For Livet”. – a Danish charity initiative raising money and awareness in the fight against cancer and supporting people affected by the disease.
So yes, there was cake.
A lot of cake.
And every slice helped support a good cause.
Because if you’re going to make Monday a little sweeter, you might as well do some good at the same time.
A big thank you to everyone who baked, contributed and helped make it happen.
We make modular belts for a living.
Apparently, we also make a pretty convincing cake table.

Back from Nor-Fishing.
The bags are unpacked. The memories are fresh. The coffee machine is working overtime.
And the inbox?
Let’s just say… it clearly missed us.
After a few busy days of great conversations, new connections and plenty of industry talk in Trondheim, it’s good to be back home at ScanBelt — even if “back home” means jumping straight into a very full inbox.
