Something new is coming to Building Green DK in CPH.

On 28–29 October, we will once again be exhibiting at Building Green Copenhagen in Lokomotivværkstedet, and this year you will find REXCON ApS at Stand 2, right next to the main entrance.

Over the past years, we have showcased, reusable building components, resource-efficient construction methods, and our approach to designing buildings with multiple lifecycles in mind.

And yes, we will be doing that again 😉

But this year, we are also bringing something new 🤗

At Building Green, we will be unveiling the next generation af ReBLOCK for the very first time.

We're not revealing much just yet, but over the coming weeks, we will share more details here on LinkedIn.

Accelerating innovation in the built environment

Last week, REXCON ApS had the pleasure of participating in the Accelerator Fund (hashtag ) event hosted by Bygherreforeningen in HAL 11. The event brought together stakeholders from across the construction value chain to discuss one of the industry's biggest challenges: how to accelerate the adoption of innovative and sustainable building solutions 🏡♻️🌍

The discussions highlighted a challenge we know well: many promising circular, bio-based, and innovative construction solutions struggle to reach the market due to documentation requirements, risk perceptions, insurance concerns, financing barriers, and the industry's naturally cautious approach to new technologies.

We believe the Accelerator Fund has the potential to become an important catalyst by helping bridge the gap between innovation and real-world implementation through testing, documentation, risk mitigation, knowledge sharing, and industry collaboration.

At REXCON, we strongly support initiatives that help accelerate the transition towards a more sustainable, circular, and innovative construction sector.
We will follow the continued development of the Accelerator Fund with great interest and curiosity, and we encourage others across the industry to learn more about the initiative and support its work:

For a whole day dedicated to knowledge sharing and networking within bio-based construction.
The day brings together actors from construction, agriculture and production with the aim of creating new connections and sharing knowledge about bio-based construction across the value chain.

REXCON featured in VOL Magazine #79

We’re proud to share that REXCON ApS has been featured in VOL Magazine by Jesper Sondrup Kjær — highlighting our mission to rethink how we build for the future.

The article traces the origin of REXCON back to a fundamental question:

Can we build in a better way?

This led to the development of a wood-based, modular structural system designed with renewable resources, faster construction processes, and circularity in mind from the very beginning.
